Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery of Goods
Please allow 14 working days for delivery. Items that remain undelivered must be reported within 20 days of the despatch date or liability may not be accepted.
Returns Policy
If goods purchased are unsuitable, please call within 10 days, quoting your Delivery Note number. Refunds can only be made if materials are returned in a re-saleable condition. In the case of damaged goods please telephone us immediately.
To return goods for any reason, please contact the Publications Manager for details. Returns will not be accepted if the packaging includes staples, paperclips or any form of stationery that can mark the goods.
