Parenting - Inside and Out:
Supporting Young Parents in Custody and their Families
2006 - 2009. This project will improve parenting support to teenage parents
in custody by finding the best ways of working with them and with their
families.
Development Support - Parenting
1999 - 2006. TSA delivered Development Support – Parenting on behalf
of the Youth Justice Board providing advice and guidance to the YJB and
to Youth Offending Teams in England and Wales.
Involving Young People in Parenting Programmes
2001-2004. The IYPP Project was designed as a small scale study to learn from the direct experience of implementing a range of models of intervention involving both parents and young people.
Working with Children and Young People in Custody
In 2004 TSA contributed key modules to the Prison Service's first foundation training programme for staff working with children and young people.
Working with Young Men in Custody
In 2003 TSA published training materials for staff working with young men in custody.
Working with Women in Custody
In May 2002 TSA and HM Prison Service published new training material for staff working with women in custody.
