Training for Working with Parents of Adolescents
2006-2008. Funded by the Parenting Fund. This project will deliver the parenting programme Suppporting Parents of Teenagers and train local trainers in the key voluntary sector agencies to deliver the parenting programme.
Parenting - Inside and Out:
Supporting Young Parents in Custody and their Families
2006 - 2009. This project will improve parenting support to teenage parents
in custody by finding the best ways of working with them and with their
families.
Teenagers in Foster Care: Promoting Positive Relationships
In September 2007 TSA published a training programme for foster carers and social workers plus a magazine for young people in foster care. These resources were developed from the research project Reducing Risks for Teenagers in Foster Care. The training manual and the magazine are available from TSA's publications team. The resources explore a wide range of issues related to promoting positive relatiosnhips with/for young people in foster care. The full research report will be available in late 2007.
Development Support - Parenting
1999 - 2006. TSA delivered Development Support – Parenting on behalf
of the Youth Justice Board providing advice and guidance to the YJB and
to Youth Offending Teams in England and Wales.

Involving Young People in Parenting Programmes
(2001-2004) The IYPP Project was designed as a small scale study to learn from the direct experience of implementing a range of models of intervention involving both parents and young people.
Young Fathers Project
October 2001- March 2004. Project to develop and test a model for working with young vulnerable fathers.
